Finally here!
We are finally open! What an amazing four days we have had! We opened on Monday 22nd August and we have had a fantastic response! The support has been amazing. We were super busy on Monday, I only got home after 8pm but it was so worth it! We had an amazing day!
The next two days were great aswell. Its been great to see all the support that I have received from so many different people. People who have really believed in me for so long, so this is one great big thank u to everyone who has been with me for so long:) I totally couldnt have done this without u!
Today has been pretty awesome. We had a booking for 11 people for their coffee club. it was so great to have a nice full shop and have everyone chatting away and enjoying themselves. They were here for three hours which was great. At the same time, three other tables arrived so we were super busy, but it was awesome!
I am so proud of everyone that has and is still working hard to help me in my dream of my cute little cake shop:)

And the countdown begins
Finally we r setting up shop! Took us long enough but we r finally there. We r officially opening on Monday the 22nd of Augus 2011 at 9am! This is all super exciting but also so scary at the same time! Shees im 25, what do I know about running a business??? I must say that I am very lucky though to have both my parents backing me both emotionally and financially. I know they wouldnt let me do something crazy like this if they didnt believe I could actually do it. I am so grateful for everything they have done for me.
So as I said, we're opening on Monday - thats like just six more sleeps!!! I know I sound like a kid, but thats just how excited I am!
I have an amazing chef who is working for me, chef Jon as we like to say:) He has had years of experience and he really knows what he's doing. I am also grateful for all his help because I know that without him around we would definately not be where we are today.
Ok so I best be off as I have like a million things left to do today. Have fun.
